This expansion base plate mounts to the bottom of the camera body and offers different mounting points for accessories via 1/4" to 20 threads, hot shoe receiver and wrist strap mount.
This allows users to attach accessories such as LED lights and boom microphones while being able to mount the system on a tripod in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
The base plate features a subtle wraparound edge that includes a 1/4"-20 thread on the right side, allowing users to mount the camera vertically if needed.
The bottom plate uses an ARCA Swiss connection which is perfect for mounting on compatible tripod heads and DJI Ronin gimbals.
