The Samyang 8mm f / 3.5 Aspherical IF MC Fish-eye is a top-quality wide-angle lens. The lens is designed for cameras with an APS-C sensor and gives a field of view of 180 degrees. The new version, with a removable lens hood, successfully works with full-frame cameras, but part of the frame is covered by a vignette. Thanks to the use of a hybrid aspherical lens in its construction and the latest generation of multilayer anti-reflective coatings, the optical parameters are maintained at the highest level.

The Samyang 8mm has no competition in this price range and you can easily compare it with designs that are even several times more expensive. The lens is made of solid materials. An example is a metal bayonet.

The field of view of this lens allows you to take panoramas from a much smaller number of component shots. To take a 360 panorama, three shots with the camera with the APS-C sensor are enough, so they can be taken much faster.
