This Dual Pivot Long Lens Support with Arca-Type QR from Leofoto is an 7.7" long rail that provides support for long lenses, reducing the mechanical strain placed on lens mounts and camera body mounts. The dual pivot support also reduces lens vibration, it has adjustable height from 1.65 to 2.64 inches, and can be positioned along the length of the rail to fit a variety of lenses. The rail features an Arca-type dovetail so it may be mounted on a variety of quick release clamps and other accessories.
The camera platform features an Arca-type quick release clamp which can be mounted in either a parallel or perpendicular orientation. The base of the rail incorporates a 1/4"20 tripod mount, and includes dual safety screw to prevent the rail from releasing prematurely when the clamp it is on is loosened.
