The d:vote 4099D Clip Microphone for Drums from DPA Microphones is designed to be used as a clip mic for drums and other percussion sources. It features DPA's 90-degree system that allows you to remount the clip by 90 degrees to provide a variety of mounting positions. The 5.5" gooseneck provides further positioning options.
The microphone itself is a pre-polarized condenser with a supercardioid polar pattern. It features a maximum SPL of 152dB, allowing it to be used on high-volume sources such as toms, kicks, and percussion. Its cable is detachable for easier mounting, and the microphone terminates in a MicroDot connection. An XLR adapter is included for connecting to wired systems.
