Through our service department and in cooperation with our partners, AVITEH eliminates defects and malfunctions in its equipment and offers quality support for all clients. In our service we use only genuine manufacturer parts. In cases where the service cannot be performed locally, we cooperate with the factory services of all equipment manufacturers we represent.

Instructions for sending equipment for service

  • Please read, fill, print and send together with the equipment our REPAIR FORM
  • Please send equipment in original packaging if possible - AVITEH can't be responsible for possible transport damage.
  • Please send only equipment needed for repair and diagnostics

Drone service

We repair DJI and Autel drones under next conditions:

  • 1. Warranty cases - only from our distribution, all drones bought from us or our partners with valid AVITEH Warranty paper
  • 2. Out of Warranty cases - paid service for all DJI and Autel drones based on the Quote after our Diagnostics
