Leofoto LPF-X100 L-plate for Fujifilm X-100/100S with grip
A special digital compact camera like the Fujifilm X100 / X100S deserves a unique L-plate for maximum user comfort. The Leofoto LPF-X100 L plate for the Fujifilm X100 and X100S compact camera supports the entire bottom plate of the Fujifilm camera and offers extra grip when using this digital compact camera thanks to a handy handgrip. This grip fits exactly over the original handle of the Fujifilm X100 and X100S and therefore offers greater ease of use.
CNC milled aluminium L-pad
This L-plate is very strong but lightweight. The base plate and the L-piece are connected by a robust stainless steel allen screw. The handle can also be unscrewed. The individual parts are all CNC machined from a single piece of aluminium and anodised black for high durability. Leofoto has provided the LPF-X100 with grooves and therefore this L-plate is Arca-Swiss compatible for both horizontal and vertical use. The L-plate measures 150mm x 38mm x 66mm and weighs only 167 grams. You can simply change batteries when the L-plate is mounted under your X100 or X100S, as Leofoto has provided the L-plate with openings for the battery cover and any cables.
An L-Bracket for ease of use
An L-plate or L-bracket can maximize the stability and ease of use of your camera on a ballhead when changing from a horizontal (landscape) to a vertical (portrait) shooting position. Thanks to the L-bracket, the optical axis of the lens is always positioned directly over the centre of the ball when shooting portraits, and the camera weight also presses directly on the central axis of the ballhead. The Arca-Swiss quick-release coupling also allows you to shift the camera on the ballhead for perfect positioning in relation to the subject. Leofoto supplies specially adapted L-plates for specific camera models, both for DSLR cameras and for compact system cameras and digital compact cameras. As soon as new cameras appear on the market, Leofoto designs a new L-plate for that special camera model.
