The LG series boasts an apex platform for maximum stability, and an interchangeable center column that provides flexibility in height adjustments. The platform is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum, providing unparalleled strength and durability. The central locking system features a "Q-shaped" design, allowing users to swap the center within 3 seconds. The LG series also features Leofoto's latest 3rd generation carbon fiber, with increased density and a unique "snow capped mountain pattern" inspired by nature. These tripods are built to withstand harsh weather conditions and are designed with corrosion-resistant materials.
Included with the tripod is the LH-40 Low-Profile Ball Head, made of lightweight aluminum and featuring an Arca-type compatible quick release system. The ball head has a precisely-machined ball for ultra-smooth movements, and a large, ergonomically-designed locking knob for controlling the movement of the ball head. Laser-engraved scales on the panning base provide precise control during panorama shooting, and dual drop notches allow for rapid changes from horizontal to vertical orientation.
