The BRESSER LED lamps have a large and uniform light output over the entire range. This is due to the use of high quality semiconductor materials.

Many suppliers base their specifications on the assumption that that 1 watts power consumption of an LED lamp can be compared with 5 watts of a neon tube and with 25 watts from a halogen lamp. You certainly understand that this is very relative and it also depends on the quality and type of LED technology. Also, the distribution of light from a halogen lamp is different from the one of a LED lamp and subsequent measurements often show that these estimated values were mostly too high. We are therefore somewhat cautious, so that you are not disappointed afterwards. For the BRESSER LED lamps 1 W is approximately equal with 16 W of a halogen lamp. 25 watts of LED light are therefore comparable to a 400 watt halogen lamp. (measured at a distance of 1 meter).

The BRESSER LED lamps are very good to use for portrait and product photography and video production. The colour temperature of 5600 K can be compared with the daylight. With the included diffusion filter an illumination with floodlight effect is even possible from a close distance. Thanks to the magnetic closure the filter can be changed easily. A major advantage of LED bulbs is that they don't get warm and thus can be used without any risk for a long time. The average lifespan of an LED lamp is 50,000 burning hours. The light intensity is infinitely variable and the lamp can be operated via the network cable and an optional Lithium NP-F550 battery. Fully charged the battery operating time is approximately two hours. At the bottom of the LED lamp there is a ball joint with which it can be directed in any desired position.


Bicolor function
Thanks to the bicolor function, this lamp is suitable for photography and video recordings. It allows to switch very rapidly between different colour temperatures. The light intensity and colour temperature between 3200 K and 5600 K are adjusted using the two buttons on the back.
